Back Orders If your order can only partially be fulfilled then Radio Racers has the dicresion to choose to ship straight away followed by other items or wait to ship the full order. All ordered items are supplied with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you wish to return an item for any reason and do so within 14 days, your original purchase cost, minus the shipping charge, will be refunded. If the item is used or if the original packaging is damaged then refunds can only be given if the item is agreed to be faulty. When returning items please consider using insured post. This will limit your loss in the event of loss or damage in the post. If the returned item is being returned because it is faulty, then postage costs will be refunded up to a maximum of £10.00. When purchasing from Radio Racers a legally binding contract is made and the following terms and conditions apply: 1. Items shall be checked before use. Once the item is used then the manufacturer's warranty will be limited and may only apply to parts that are not expected to fail within certain periods of use. 2. Warranties only cover manufacturing defects and do not cover damage caused by, incorrect set up, accidents, misuse, modifications, inadequate maintenance, extreme environments, or wear and tear. 4. Before buying please consider that items supplied by Radio Racers are not indestructible toys and it is important that you only purchase items that are suitable for your level of experience. Radio Racers are happy to provide advice on this. 5. Items that are returned to Radio Racers and found not to be faulty or not covered by the manufacturer's warranty will be subject to a £15 examination and investigation fee. Postage costs also apply if you require items returned to you. 6. When claiming under a warranty the defective item must be retuned to us for examination within a maximum period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This time limit is set owing to the likely possibility that after this time the manufacturer will believe that the identified fault is age or use related and not due to an original manufacturing fault.
