We mainly use the Royal Mail but for items of high value or high volume we use a courier service of our choice.

Orders received before 3.00pm are usually despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and business workload.

Fuel And Aerosols will only be shipped inside the UK Mainland. There might be a shipping surcharge added to these products to cover increased costs. This should be added when you use the checkout.

Postage for small items up to 2.0kg in weight are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st class post usually arriving within 1-2 working days, but can take up to 5 days (this is not a traceable service so we are unable to accept enquiries relating to these until a period of 5 working days have elapsed).1st class postage starts from £1.49 for a single part in a Jiffy bag and is charged on a mix of weight and overall order value.

If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. If you take delivery of a signed for damaged packet or parcel please be sure to advise damaged condition when signing for it.
Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch.
